We are delighted to present the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV film produced by Porch House. We had a great time putting this project together with our Agency partners at Weber Shandwick.

The film was directed by Lukas Dong and Andrew Schneider. The overall brief was based on a scene from the Corvette film, in which an athlete (Devin Booker) and Brett Goliff (GM Design) chat about the vehicle through a candid conversation. The main difference here, was really highlighting all of the new EV features that the Blazer brings to the table.

Aurora James, Daniel Suarez, and Judner Aura joined the film as representatives for each of the pillars in the film. The three pillars they focused on were Design, Performance, and Technology. Each curator was able to utilize their experience to talk through what makes the Blazer EV unique in each category.

This project took place over the span of four shoot days in Charolette, North Carolina. With minimal time to prep, we had to source locations purely based on photographs. While never the ideal scenario, we had a great location scout on board who helped us through the process.

Tyler Sgueglia quickly crewed up and we were ready to roll. After flying with roughly 30 cases from Los Angeles, we had our director scout and were so happy with the chosen locations.

The production team did a stellar job of scheduling out our days. We had 3x days of walk and talk interviews with beauty footage, and one day dedicated to city and country running footage. Filmotechnic made it out to NC and joined us for the ride. Always grateful for them as partners through the various projects.
